She has supported mission-critical initiatives across the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DoD), and other federal organizations, serving as a trusted advisor to senior government leadership, including CORs and executive stakeholders.

Lisa specializes in aligning mission objectives with technical execution, helping organizations navigate the intersection of data architecture, analytics ecosystems, and enterprise IT environments. Her expertise spans data governance, metadata strategy, cloud-based data platforms, and performance measurement frameworks, enabling agencies to make faster, more informed decisions.
